This Security Policy applies to this website which is operated by Eclectic Webware Solutions Pty Ltd. ("EWS") under the domain name "" ("Locate Load website"). The Locate Load website is operated on behalf of EWS and its related bodies corporate. The information described in this Security and Privacy Policy may be shared between authorised staff members of the Locate Load website, and no other person or companies.

This Security Policy may also apply to services offered by Locate Load on websites hosted by third (3rd) parties. If so, express reference to this Security Policy will be made on those websites.

Locate Load understands and appreciates that you, as a Locate Load website USER, are concerned about your privacy and about the confidentiality and security of information we may gain about the USER online. Locate Load is committed to protecting our USER's privacy. This Locate Load Security Policy explains how a USER's personal information will be treated as the USER access and interact with the Locate Load website.

In addition to the provisions of this Security and the Privacy Policy, there may also be specific and additional privacy provisions which apply to certain sections of the Locate Load website. Security of Information

Locate Load takes all reasonable steps to preserve the security of cookie and personal information in accordance with the Locate Load website Terms of Use and this Security and Privacy Policy. If your browser is suitably configured, it will advise the USER whether the information the USER is sending us will be secure (encrypted) or not secure (unencrypted). If secure transmission is indicated, Locate Load currently uses 128 bit SSL encryption.

Locate Load regularly reviews developments in security and encryption technologies. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Accordingly, although Locate Load strives to protect such information, Locate Load cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information the USER transmit to us or from our online services and the USER do so at your own risk. Once we receive the USER transmission, we take reasonable steps to preserve the security of the information in our own systems.

Information Collected

The information that Locate Load collect's about the USER is dependent on how the USER utilise the facilities offered by the Locate Load website.

If the USER visit's an unsecured area of the Locate Load website (that is, an area where the USER is not required to log on) to read, browse or download information, our system will record the date and time of the USER's visit to our site, the pages viewed and any information downloaded. However, our systems will not record any personally identifiable information.

The Locate Load website offers a number of interactive facilities including tools such as journey planners, mapping location finders and distance calculators, as well as online surveys and application forms.

If you use any of the tools such as the mapping location finder we generally do not capture any personal information that the USER may enter when using these tools. An exception to this is when a tool such as a journey planner allows the USER to suspend or save the journey plan and retrieve the details at a later time. In that case the information is stored on our systems so that you may recover the information when the USER resumes the planning process. Any information stored in a suspended or saved journey planner or other similar tool will not be viewed by Locate Load.

If the USER decides to complete an online application form or online survey, the information that the USER enters into the online form or survey will only be collected by Locate Load if the USER submit's their online application or survey. If at any stage the USER cancel their application or log out prior to submitting their application or survey, the information the USER has entered up to that point will be automatically deleted.

The Locate Load website also contains links to the websites of third (3rd) party providers of goods and services ("Third Party websites"). If the USER has accessed Third (3rd) Party websites through the Locate Load website and if those third (3rd) parties collect information about the USER, Locate Load may also collect or have access to that information as part of our arrangements with those third parties.

Where the USER access a Third Party (3rd) website from the Locate Load website, cookie information, information about the USER's preferences or other information the USER has provided about themselves may, in very limited cases, be shared between Locate Load and the third (3rd) party. The USER cannot usually be identified from the information that is shared; if the USER can be identified from this information, we will seek the USER's consent before sharing such information.

Third (3rd) Party websites should contain their own Privacy Policies and those third (3rd) parties are responsible for their own privacy practices.

Collection of IP addresses

It is necessary for Locate Load to collect the USER's IP address to allow the USER to interaction with various parts of the Locate Load website. The USER's IP address is the identifier for your computer when the USERs are using the internet.

For instance, Locate Load collects and stores the USER's IP address when the USER logs into Locate Load online matching service. As part of USER security for the online load matching service, Locate Load uses this information when we attempt to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions on the Locate Load website. We store the USER's IP address for security and audit purposes. The USER's IP address will not be used by us or released to any third (3rd) party except in the case of security, inappropriate behaviour or fraud issues, such as unauthorised access to the USER's or Locate Load computer systems or fraudulent transactions.


Locate Load uses "cookies" as a fundamental part of our interaction with the USER's Internet browser. The purpose is to provide the USER with better and more customised service and with a more effective website.

A "cookie" is a small text file placed on the USER's computer by Locate Load web page server. A cookie can later be retrieved by Locate Load webpage servers.     1. Load matching Service;
    2. Online applications;

    4. Invoicing on behalf of users

The USER may still be able to use some limited information-only pages even if the USER does not accept cookies.


We will preserve the content of any e-mail that the USER send us, if we believe that we have a legal requirement to do so. The USER's e-mail message content may be monitored by Locate Load employees for security issues including where e-mail abuse is suspected; our response to the USER may be monitored for quality assurance issues.

The Use and Disclosuree of Information

Locate Load will only use or disclose personal information or information generated by cookies in accordance with the Locate Load Privacy Policy. Specific and additional provisions relating to privacy which apply to certain areas of the locate Load website and as otherwise set out in this Security and Privacy Policy.

Changes and Acceptance of Privacy and Security Policy

The USER acknowledges and accepts that access to and use of the Locate Load website indicates the USER's acceptance of the Locate Load website Terms of Use and the Security and Privacy Policy.

This is Locate Load's current Security and Privacy Policy. Locate Load may at any time vary the Security and Privacy Policy by publishing the varied Security and Privacy Policy on the Locate Load website. The USER accepts that by doing this, Locate Load has provided the USER with sufficient notice of any variation.
